Sure, as individuals we would all prefer to breathe air that we can’t see, but why is this a CTU issue? Fish seldom swim in air.

As CTU, our air quality focus is pretty narrow. We become concerned when air pollution directly impacts, or has the potential to impact, our streams and aquatic habitats.
