CTU Gala Chair. The Gala
Chair is
responsible for coordinating CTU’s Annual Dinner & Gala, the
premier
fundraising event of the year. It starts with the formation of the
Gala
Committee, which consists of volunteers assigned to specific areas of
responsibility. Some of the areas include catering, silent auction,
live
auction, guest speakers and entertainment. This event was very
successful in
2010, so the planning and execution in 2011 is expected to be easier
and
smoother.

The effort starts low
and ramps up as the event nears, but is divided among the Gala Committee
members throughout. |

the effort is high just before and after the gala. |
