Volunteer for one or both days.  Plan for 6 hours of work each day.

2011 CTU Gala Chair. The Gala Chair is responsible for coordinating CTU’s Annual Dinner & Gala, the premier fundraising event of the year. It starts with the formation of the Gala Committee, which consists of volunteers assigned to specific areas of responsibility. Some of the areas include catering, silent auction, live auction, guest speakers and entertainment. This event was very successful in 2010, so the planning and execution in 2011 is expected to be easier and smoother.

The commitment depends on the specific assignment, but is necessarily confined to that assignment.

It’s just one day, but it is a full day!

Initially the time commitment is large but then decreases as chapter volunteers are trained to do monitoring.
